QU: Which are the long lasting flowers?                                    

ANS: Orchids, carnations, lilliums, native flowers. These flowers generally last for between 2-5 weeks                                                

QU: What are your hours of operation?                                         

ANS:  Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday  8:30 – 5:30   Thurs 8:30 – 7:00  Sat 8:30 – 3:00  Sun 10_ 2:00                                                                     

QU: What happens if the flowers delivered don’t look right or die quicker than expected?                                                                   

ANS: We would need to know within 48 hours so we can rectify any problems  immediately and inform our growers if necessary. Because flowers arrive fresh daily It is our promise to deliver only quality blooms.       

QU:  How long should flowers last?                       

Ans: Flowers should last for at least a week.  Longer lasting blooms last up to 5 weeks.  To get the most out of your flowers: click on caring for your flowes               

QU:  What if the customer is not at home when the flowers are delivered?                

Ans:  In the event of the recipients not at home deliveries are either left in a safe location , left with a neighbor or returned to our store for the option of pick up or redelivery.  Not at home cards are left to explain where the arrangement is left

Ans:  We will do our best to deliver as close as possible to the order chosen.  Stock and season availability will determine this.

Ans:  Orders received by 12:00 will be delivered on the day chosen.  Orders which are requested to be delivered for special time frames eg. funerals should be received as early as possible or if possible 24 hours before the delivery date.

Qu:  Can l choose different flowers as to what is in the selection guide.
